We want you to be confident signing up for Zziffy. If the product doesn't work for you, we will make it right. Read below for the details.
Zziffy offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged anything during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial, your account expires and no payment is collected.
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance for the calendar month. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period if you cancel mid-month.
However, if you experience a verified service outage or technical failure on our side that prevented you from using Zziffy for a material period (more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing month), you may request a credit of up to one month's subscription fee. Submit your request within 30 days of the incident to billing@zziffy.com.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:
If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate amount. Contact us immediately at billing@zziffy.com with your invoice number and we will resolve it within 3 business days.
